Precision door was highly professional, quick, and worked with us. We had a specialized door that needed to be replaced. Precession door came out to replace door and they were unable to find the specific product we needed. Although they already took a deposit and special ordered products for us they still allowed us to back out to the job. Very happy with them. Not their fault that our need couldn’t be accommodated, but they still were courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Now a days it's hard to experience great customer service. PD&W hit this one out of the park. From day one, the service I received was top-notch. I compared two prices. PD&W and another company. I also compared the product I was recommended by each business. After reviewing the information provided and speaking with PD&W's owner, I decided to move forward with them. The professionalism and the knowledge were more about what I truly needed. They offer a wide variety of brands which I liked. Fast forward to the installation date, I had the best installers! Dominic and Cory were amazing and friendly.. They answered all my questions within their experience. The office staff was absolutely the very best! We were so fortunate to find Precision Door and Window. They knew exactly what we wanted. We replaced a standard sliding door with a huge wall of windows. Work was done in 2 days and everything went together perfectly. They have the product and do the custom work, could not ask for a better company. We love it!

I was in the process of remodeling my kitchen, when I decided I wanted to put accordion doors in. I called several places and was severely disappointed with the customer service. I was referred to these individuals by family friends and I can’t tell you how awesome they were. They walked me through the process, step by step, and took care of me like a PIP. If you’re ever considering accordion doors, or any type of window installation, make sure you call these guys first.

They did a great job! The window and sliding glass door are beautiful. The process of choosing the window and door and the price was excellent! Their office staff was very responsive and always kept me informed as to when and how our installation was going to be completed. The installers that showed up were polite, quick, but kept me informed of the process as it went along. Everything was done very professionally and they cleaned up everything better than how they found it. I will definitely be using them again when we decide to replace our other windows.

PD&W just finished installing all new windows in our house (36 to be exact). We had a great experience from beginning to end. We got quotes from other companies and PD&W lead-time was about half the time as other as well as lower cost. The staff was very professional and keep me informed throughout the entire process. The installation crew was the best. They keep things clean, were friendly and very professional. I felt very comfortable having them work in my house. I highly recommend PD&G if you need windows or doors.

This company is incredible! I love this team so much! The people who came to install new windows and sliding doors were immaculately clean, so courteous of all my condo guidelines, and very trustworthy. Months later, one lock on my window needed repair. They set up a very quick appointment to get someone out to fix at no cost, because still under warrantee. I called recently to learn how to clean the exterior of my windows on a higher floor-- the person I spoke with was a such a DELIGHT!!! I have said many times I would hire them for ANYTHING, and i just learned they are getting into kitchen and bathroom renovation now too! Could not ask for more professional, kind, honest crew with quality products. My double-pane Milguard windows block a lot of sound, and glide on their tracks like a dream. Thank you to all!

I contacted Precision Door & Window to install all new windows in my Mom & Dad's entire house. They live in a rural area of menifee, and hear coyotes & dogs barking at night. I can’t believe how quiet these new windows are, what a huge difference! Now my parents can sleep in peace...thanks for taking such good care of my them!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but I feel Jordan and his team went above and beyond. They were great to work with, and cared about doing a good job. When our new windows were installed, I was really happy with the look and the quality of the work. Jordan was very competitively priced and never tried to "sell" me. He just told me the truth on what was possible and how the process would works. If I was doing it all over again, I'd hire him.

So happy I found Precision Door & Window, out of all the quotes I received they were the best and so professional! I really appreciated Mike stopping by the day of my installation and checking how things were going. Julio was great and finished the work in one day! Cleaned up very nicely!!

Best windows!!! I’ve been waiting for a couple months to post this because I wanted to make sure I everything worked perfectly! Let me tell you with all this heat this summer I thought for sure that nothing could help us! Well I was wrong, new windows have made life nice during these hot days. Jordan and his dad made the products offered easy to understand and the quote was unbeatable! The install only took two days & instantly made our house look brand new! The installers were super nice, helpful, and considerate. Our electric bill is cheaper, our house finally feels cool, I love my windows so much that I haven’t put the curtains back up, and we are thrilled with our upgrade!!!

Jordan handled the install of our Cantina 3-panel door and kitchen bifold window. These are complex installations, requiring an extreme level of experience with zero margin for error, particularly when placing the order for a custom door costing more than I'd like to mention here. Jordan knew what he was doing, from the first moment we met, I could tell we were going to be in good shape. Jordan worked with our contractor, framer and foundation folks to make sure everything came together when the door and window showed up and were professionally installed. Nothing ever goes 100 percent to plan, and Jordan helped to make up the difference when things weren't perfect, which is the sign of a company more focused on the customer than just the bottom line. This company, and the people who make up the company are wonderful. They took measurements and the same day had an estimate for the exact windows we wanted. The price was right, and the workmanship and quality of the install was EXCELLENT. They cleaned-up after themselves and were courteous while working in the house. They are meticulous and it shows. We only installed two windows, although we need 14 more. They came in, gave us a bid on the two windows and a door, and did not try to upsell me on getting all 14 windows done, as so many other window companies have done, and did not try to use the "more windows, the cheaper it is per" mentality that ends up giving the customer sticker shock. Great people, great price, and I will definitely use them again.

So excited! Just had french doors installed where we once had a window. Jordan and his dad were amazing to deal with. The doors were quality and the installation was quick and painless. Second time using Precision Door & Window. My experience was so seamless getting a slider replaced I decided to take the plunge and replace all my circa 1990 windows. I’ve been putting it off due to cost and the idea of the hassle and mess left after any construction job is done at home, but the experience with Jordan and his team the first time around made the decision easier. No suprise costs, no asking for more money mid job, no extending the timeframe. The job was done from start to finish and the finished carpentry looks great! Loving the final product, it’s an investment I was happy to make.
