Precision door was highly professional, quick, and worked with us. We had a specialized door that needed to be replaced. Precession door came out to replace door and they were unable to find the specific product we needed. Although they already took a deposit and special ordered products for us they still allowed us to back out to the job. Very happy with them. Not their fault that our need couldn’t be accommodated, but they still were courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Now a days it's hard to experience great customer service. PD&W hit this one out of the park. From day one, the service I received was top-notch. I compared two prices. PD&W and another company. I also compared the product I was recommended by each business. After reviewing the information provided and speaking with PD&W's owner, I decided to move forward with them. We were so fortunate to find Precision Door and Window. They knew exactly what we wanted. We replaced a standard sliding door with a huge wall of windows. Work was done in 2 days and everything went together perfectly. They have the product and do the custom work, could not ask for a better company. We love it!

I was in the process of remodeling my kitchen, when I decided I wanted to put accordion doors in. I called several places and was severely disappointed with the customer service.
