Energy-Efficient Window

I had several window and two sliding glass doors installed by this company about two and a half years ago. The locking mechanism was not working properly. Two of their technicians, Valentine and Johnny came out today to fix one of the sliders and checked out the other one. They both were friendly, professional, and did a great job. The door locks well now. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Dominic came for the estimate and was friendly and knowledgeable, very detail oriented! Office staff is polite and responsive…they communicate extremely well. The price quoted was competitive and they got us exactly what we wanted. Install day was flawless: the guys showed up on time, windows were all sized properly, Eric and Larry were both friendly and respectful of our home. They made sure not to damage anything, install looks beautiful, and they cleaned up so it looked like they were never there!!! Do yourself a favor and hire Precision Door & Windows!!! ***I previously hired a different company based in Temecula and that other company was a NIGHTMARE*** Precision will be the only company I use as I eventually replace all the windows in my home.

We hired Precision Door and Window sometime ago to install some large external 8ft French Doors. I wanted to wait to see how the doors held up during the winter months before I left a review. First of all their prices crush their competitor's prices. Honestly no one comes close to their prices. The installation turned out to be more difficult then planned. There we several delays caused by some technical issues, but mostly bad weather. However, the owners Mike and Jordan never wavered from the commitment to excellence, and their dedication to completing the job to our 100% satisfaction. Shortly after the installation was completed a tropical storm hit the Pacific coast of Mexico. Weather reports claimed it was the strongest storm to hit the area in the past 100 years. We live in Temecula which is only 75 miles north of the border, so the storm brought strong winds and heavy rain to our area causing many areas to flood. Additionally we had a very wet winter that brought us several atmospheric river storms. Despite all of the wind and rain, our doors held up great and not a single drop of water made it into our home. The doors look beautiful and work perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and Jordan. Also, their office manager Kelli was awesome. She always kept us informed and updated on the project. if you are looking to replace your doors or windows and want a quality product at competitive prices, then you should give Mike or Jordan a call. You won't find a more honest and ethical company to work with than Precision Door and Window.

As a GC, we vet all our subcontractors only hiring the best. Precision Door and Window has proven themselves over and over for our projects. Respectful and professional installers and staff, you can't ask for anything better. Def recommend Mike and his team for all your window and door needs. They'll also do Custom shower doors!

Cory, Eric, and Adrian were very helpful today in our apartment setting up our windows. They worked extremely fast and were kind and easygoing to talk to. Thank you to these men who made our home look just a bit nicer!
